Welcome to Dr. Kille’s blog

Chiropractic health care focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on overall health. As a Doctor of Chiropractic I specialize in treatment options for this, but I also focus on what the root cause of the disorder may be.

Hi, I’m Dr. JR Kille and today I’m discussing why I have a passion for helping people become healthier. My hope is that through this blog you may find answers to questions, but if you don’t, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

How may I help you feel better?

Chiropractic Helps Pro Basketball Player

Chiropractic treatment without drugs, injections or surgery

The Injury

Hi, I’m Dr. Kille and I recently had the opportunity to help a European professional basket ball player with an Achilles tendon injury.  The injury was painful and kept him from playing his “A” game.  Within four visits his pain level has reduced 85% without tape and with tape on his heel he is playing without pain.  That is zero pain when it matters most.

Our player was on a French team and came down hard on his heel mid-season. Continue reading

Air Quality in Office and Home

Clean Air

Air quality in our office

Hi, I’m Dr. Kille and today I’m discussing an important aspect of health, air quality.  In our office we use an air purifier with electric particle separation or precipitator to improve air quality.  A friend sent information on a natural way to clean the air in your home or work place.  This plant-based system can improve air oxygen levels and reduce VOC’s, volatile air chemicals found in paint, carpet and more.

As we expand our office space Perfect Health staff will be using ideas like these to continue providing the best possible environment for our patients and care givers.

Thank you to Paharpur Business Centre for the suggestions below.

Air quality in your home

1. Areca Palm (Chrysalidocarpus lutescens)

  • Works well in the day time
  • Great for living areas
  • One needs about 4 shoulder high plants/person
  • Needs to be put outdoors once every 3-4 months
  • The leaves of the plant need to be wiped everyday in Delhi and perhaps once a month in a cleaner city
  • The soil used should be of vermi manure or use hydroponics

Chiropractic & Football

The Springfield Wolf Pack - The 2011 Season

Hi, I’m Dr. Kille and today I’m discussing all the fun I had working with the Springfield Wolf Pack arena football team.  Arena football is a fast paced game of eight on eight players on a 50 yard field.  As with all contact sports injuries are common.  The 2011 season was no exception with six significant knee traumas, foot issues, dislocations, concussions, rib and shoulder injuries.  This challenge required all my clinical skill and intelligent use of my K-laser, Kinesio Tape, extremity adjusting knowledge and more.  Helping my players get back on the field was very satisfying.

The Chiropractic Adjustment

Spinal alignment helps improve movement and coordination.  One player was getting an electric shock feeling down his arms into his hands affecting his ability to grip.  I delivered chiropractic adjustments to his neck and by mid season he was feeling great with powerful grip strength.  Players said they seemed to move better and breath deeper after an adjustment.
